ABOUT SEARCH

Skill Enhancing & Research Home of the Children (SEARCH) is a registered non-profit organization operating under the Societies Act XXI of 1860 since June 2007. Based in Sindh, Pakistan, SEARCH works extensively in underserved regions, with outreach at both provincial and national levels. The organization is dedicated to promoting equitable, inclusive, and quality education, with a particular focus on girls’ education, child protection, and youth leadership. SEARCH’s mission is rooted in empowering marginalized communities through evidence-based programming, community mobilization, and capacity enhancement. SEARCH supports women and youth through vocational and technical education, facilitating their participation in the local economy and enabling them to pursue sustainable livelihood options. Our work integrates health and hygiene awareness, advocacy, and child rights education, ensuring that vulnerable groups have access to their basic rights. Youth and children’s committees formed under various SEARCH programs are actively engaged in leadership development, awareness campaigns, and advocacy. These groups serve as change agents within their communities.

SEARCH empowers women and youth through vocational and technical education which has brought new wave of change around the globe. Qualitative education, health and hygiene, advocacy and awareness sessions for their fundamental rights are the part of different programs. Search Youth and Children committees are playing proactive role in the process and embarking the lines through multiplying efforts. Testing the applicants at entry gate is also leading part of plan and implemented at different doors. Exchange visits at National/International galleries, debating and sketching with key stakeholders, innovative windows for qualified faculties, boosting, updating and developing though desiring and determining tools unto destiny. Broadening worth ideas, widening skills as well as knowledge and exploring concealed diamonds though articulating literary mantras in within millennium generation’s mind to make civic citizen and develop peaceful and democratic society.
