District Tharparkar is one of the remote and far-flung deserted areas among the harvest environments which is spread over about 22,000 kilometers in the lap of sand dunes and mountains with an estimated population at about 1.5 million and density of 46.17 per square kilometer. Rain, livestock and wage labor are the surviving components for Thari people. Almost drought pays its visit every second year resulting half of the population migrates to Barrage area. Social indicators in the region are quite appalling so limelight scenario breaths raggedly and takes pussyfoot under the umbrella of Poverty and illiteracy. Owing to precarious economic situation more children are trapped in hotels, garages workshops, carpet looms and other future destructive bittersweet activities.
